Circumpolar 10-17-2014

This is a half hour worth of back to back 30 second shots with 10 x darks.  Shot with the Canon 60 da at ISO 1250.  Stacked in a freeware program called StarStax.  Very easy to use.  Here is a link: www.markus-enzweiler.de/softwa… Caught a meteor near the center of the image.  Kind of cool .  Wanted to shoot longer but the clouds moved in.  Look for another one of these in the near future when the clouds don't come in!!!  Want to get at least an hour and half in!!!  The trails will be MUCH longer!!! Kind of freaky thinking that's how far we rotated in just a half hour!!!
