Type 1a Supernova 12 million light years away. Just 4 2 minute subs, no darks.  Clouds moved in but at least you can see the Supernova.

I'm thinking of pulling my 8inch out tomorrow evening and checking this out. I'll be going to a campus nearby to take a look through a 22"-Can't wait to see this!! great shot!!!

Thanks. Yeah this was shot through and 8".  There was a guy out there shooting just with a 200mm lens and you could clearly see the SN!  Hope you have a great view through that 22"!!!

We unfortunately have a storm coming in, so maybe next week on Monday or Tuesday, I'm also going to try this weekend if it clears up!!
